Jane Wilson 93

A couple of weeks ago I was able to visit a gentleman from our church in a nursing home.  He was  in the nursing home because of a knee surgery. He was getting some therapy help. While I was visiting him, his wife introduced me to a lady by the name of Jane who was a resident of the nursing home. She is 93 years old! She was telling us that her grandfather was a Presbyterian minister and she kept saying that she could not understand how people live without having faith in God. This is my first time attending Pastor School in Hammon, IN. The Lord used it to encourage me. The music, sessions, and preaching were wonderful. The theme this year was “Going the Distance.” I also enjoyed the church honoring some of the old time preachers that have been in the ministry for decades. We can stay faithful because our God is faithful. He will present us faultless if we be yielded to His work in our lives.

I am excited over the fact that my Philippine passport arrived in the mail last week! God is so good. Having a Philippines passport will make my entrance into the Philippines  a whole lot easier. I do not have to worry about filing for a visa. When I go into the Philippines I am going in as a citizen of the country not as an immigrant. The Lord has been opening doors for me. I have the whole month of Marched filled up with meetings. To God be the glory great things He hath done.

God is so good. I was at my first missions conference this past week and I am on my second one this week. I might have another missions conference after this current one. I am so thrilled that God has opened the doors for me to present my work at these churches. I was given a special opportunity at my first missions conference. They asked me to preach the closing message of the missions conference. I feel so privileged and humbled. Praise His holy name!
